Have you heard of an herb rubbing screen? Or garbling screen? It's basically a stainless steel hardware cloth with a wooden frame and you rub your dried herbs on the mesh and it removes the stems and cuts the herbs up into the perfect size for teas, tincture etc. I have been using then for years and love them.

Here's a link explaining it https://sheepyhollow.wordpress.com/tag/garbling/

Here's a link to strictly medicinal's site where they sell them. However I found they were quite expensive and just made my own https://strictlymedicinalseeds.com/product/set-of-2-stainless-steel-and-cedar-herb-rubbing-screens-medium-and-coarse-mesh/

Thanks so much!
Oatstraw infusion isn’t about precise potency like a tincture. It’s more of a deep nutritive. A strong infusion delivers a good amount of calcium, magnesium, potassium, silica, and some B vitamins, depending on the plant and steep time. Think of it as food-level mineral support that works best with regular use over time.

If you chop them up well, you can blend them up in your blender then put them through a nut milk bag to strain out the juice. Chopping them is necessary so that the strings of cleavers doesn't seize your blender.
