I brought a delicious homemade from scratch Triple Lemon Cake to a friend’s for her birthday party. I swirled the frosting on top, but that’s the extent of my decorating skills.
When I got to her house, I saw she had a lot of nasturtiums and I picked some and quick rinsed them just before serving dessert. It was the prettiest cake I ever served - and the nasturtiums even tasted good with the lemon flavors.
Thanks for the article, Kami.

Unfortunately I can't enjoy any of those during the summer. I live in the desert southwest and all of those are winter plants for me. Nasturtiums grow like crazy for me from November until April!
