Since I have chamomile, lemon balm, and peppermint growing in my garden, I have made that a couple of times this week to go with dinner. I was surprised, both my son and husband liked it. I love the idea of having a drink station. Thanks Kami you gave me some great ideas!!

I loved your video. I enjoy Dandelion root tea; cleavers tea. My nephew loves his tummy tea that he created with a blend of black tea, fenel seed, ginger root and mint. It helps settles his stomach. My niece and her kids loves tea. She set up a station on her counter with a coffee maker to make hot water so her family can make tea. the kids love to make sun tea. They like lavender tea, peppermint tea, and blends with peppermint, elder flowers, elder berries, yarrow, mullein leaves, raspberry leaves and ginger root; and blends with rooibos, peppermint, nettles, yerba mate and lemon balm

In reply to <a href="https://kamimcbride.com/get-kids-drink-herbal-tea/#comment-9011">Liz</a>.

In my course, The Herbal Tea Kick-Start Guide, there are 3 modules that are specific to how to get your family on board with drinking all kinds of teas. I've been working with moms for 30 years so have developed some really good tricks and tools for creating a family tea drinking culture (even with intense tasting herbs). Here's a link for you: https://kamimcbridegift.com/herbal-tea-kick-start-guide

Great ideas. Easy too. What do we drink? Nothing beats your honey chai at night when I crave some sweetness/dessert too. Never going wrong w peppermint after dinner.

What do you suggest to brew w nettle for the family? I'm keen on bitter or grassy notes but not sure on how to get the rest of the family to give it a go. TIA

Love these ideas. Do you have any suggestions as to what teas to start with? Teas that would be both tasty and kid-friendly, but also would give lots of good immune and overall health support?
