Hi Lisa, the rice flour is an exfoliant, it make everything kind of &#039;scrubby&#039; but not as scrubby as salt. 
You could use salt instead. You could put rice in a blender and turn it into rice flour. But if you dont have rice, you can use salt instead. Enjoy!]]></description>
