Hello, thank you for recipe. Where do you get ‘raw, shelled and unroasted’ sunflower seeds? I have found ‘raw, shelled but roasted’ sunflower seeds everywhere, but never raw, shelled and unroasted sunflower seeds.

In reply to Barbara. Hi Barbara, I know, cilantro can be a little tricky. Once it gets hot it just bolts. It likes good soil with lots of mulch, lots of water.. cilantro is one that i buy.
