Please clarify the following: (1) The video mentions a 1/2 cup of Honey. The recipe calls for 1 cup. How much would you suggest I use? (2) The video mentions 2 TBS of Rosehips. The recipe does not include Rosehips?! Thank you so much for this lovely recipe!

As always, when challenged with a issue like high blood pressure, I always recommend seeking the counsel of an experienced herbalist, Chinese medicine practitioner or naturopath.
