My sister made this honey for me for a gift and I had sort of forgotten it. Then I had some intestinal issues. While waiting for the doctor to come up with some treatments I made some chamomile tea and added a portion of this honey. Within a few hours I felt the cramping lessen and the gas pains recede somewhat. I didn’t expect the tea to be anything more than a soothing distraction. What a surprise that it was also effective in actually soothing my symptoms. I really must try more of these herbal remedies. If any others work as well as this one has I will be so happy!
