Great tips, thank you! Wholistic herbalism is the right path. I am using a body scrub tip I learned from you! I add the sediment portion of my infused herbal oils to raw sugar (or chunky salt) and massage onto my body after showering then pat dry. I clean the bathtub with a homemade cleanser afterwards to get rid of the slipperiness. I mix 2 cups baking soda with 1/2 cup Castile soap and 3 tablespoons of 3% hydrogen peroxide, let it sit a couple hours to allow for expansion. Then scoop some onto a scrubby sponge and it cleans beautifully with no harmful fumes or skin irritation. Thank you, Kami, for sharing your knowledge!!

I live in British Columbia Canada where wild fires are raging many out of control. It truly is unbelievable how our climate has changed and we hear daily this is to become our "new normal". I do agree we need to help our bodies function to the best of their ability---I dry brush daily and use salt or sugar scrubs in the shower but did not give a lot of thought to helping my liver! Thank you for this timely update Kami.

Great information! I’m going to save these things, even though we haven’t had any wild fires where I live. At least so far. But, we never know when it might happen. Thank you for this.

Thank you for the great information! I live in Eastern Oregon and we have been having smoke from fires every year for quite some time. So appreciate all the methods in which you share your knowledge with others. You have such a giving spirit!
