Kami, I love this! It's so easy to get sucked into eating certain foods year round. Living in central Florida, we can garden all year long, and I do, but I also really like certain foods I can't grow at all, like apples, or only in the winter, like peas and watermelon radishes. As for herbs, I grow a bunch of different ones and use them both fresh and dried. I think I'll look more into what grows locally and try buying only that along with what I grow each season. Thank you.
