I’ve been collecting rose petals to make distilled rose water and rose vinegar, but I am excited to try the rose tea. I run anxious so a calming tea would be welcome! I notice the three native roses here are not only different in color (pink, almost white and deep red) but the petal sizes can really vary too. Is one variety better than another? I’ in western WA. Whidbey Island,…if that helps. Thanks Kami!
