Cold and flu season is here.

Wouldn’t it be nice to just be able to prevent a cold before it takes hold? This tea is our go-to tea when we feel like there is some cold and flu grunge in the air.

You can purchase fresh ginger root at the grocery store.

Ginger has antimicrobial properties that help to fight off colds and flu. You can drink a couple of cups of this tea a day whenever someone around you is sick. Or when you go to the store and everyone in line is coughing and sneezing. Yikes, get home and drink your tea!
