Thanks, Kami, I always like to listen to your advice. I like to hydrate with Oils because my skin is very dry and I use a variety of carrier oils, essential oil mixtures in it and never get tired of it. Citrus blends are my favorite and Sandlewood, Bergamot and Ylang Ylang with Melissa and Lemongrass. I love cooking with spices and herbs. Kami, thank you so much for the reminder about hydration. I hydrate with water and have been measuring my water out for when I go to work, but forget about it on the weekends. I also like you ideas about hydrating with oil after a shower. Your routine just sounds so restful. I will definitely try it.
