HI Friends!
This is not going to be my typical blog. I want to do something a little different.
I want to peel back the curtain a little, let you in behind the scenes, because my new herb course is going to be released in a few weeks. I have been working on putting it together for over a year.
I mean, I have been teaching this for more than 20 years, but putting it into my new, online format has taken well over a year. (Wow, I had no idea what I was getting into!!!)
But now, I have crossed the desert, waded the river, climbed the mountain (insert your favorite metaphor here) whatever you think of as being a long road that you had no idea when you would get to the other side…….
But yes, I am on the other side!
I know many of you have been asking, when??……. But it is coming soon, I promise!
If you have been following me for any length of time, you know how passionate I feel about empowering you with having the healing power of herbal tea in your life.
So I am going to give you a sneak peek of the very first welcome video in the Herbal Tea Kick-Start Guide where I give you the big why…….
Why it is so valuable and why you need to nail the home art of making healing herbal teas as part of your family culture.
More to come soon……..
Kami
P.S. This video is the welcome video inside The Herbal Tea Kick-Start Guide, check it out here.
Kami loved your great introduction to herbal tea making & the benefits it has for our bodies. Can’t wait to start. Sherene was right, you nailed it.
HI Kristin!Thank you so much for your kind words and support!
I drank what you drank as a child. Definitely Tang!!! Every morning !!!
OMG. I need to look and see what was actually in that stuff……
Kami, I have a 4 yr old grandson who is an extremely picky eater…will this series help me improve his nutrition? (seriously picky, like there are only 4 foods he will eat, but he will eat junk food like chips and pretzels and fast food) He is good about drinking (filtered) water, I do not give him soda, and am judicious in giving him commercial juices (watered down, and only periodically). He’s growing fine, and smart as a whip, but I worry he’s not getting all the nutrients he actually needs at his young age.
Many herbal teas have beneficial vitamins and minerals. Getting your grandson used to drinking tea early, well, my personal opinion is that is a habit that can support his health for his life.
Lucky he has you helping to take care of him!
Kami – nice job. I like the part of not putting herbal expectations into our old mindset. You look positively glowing….must be your
teas! Thanks
Thanks so much for your kind words and support Sue!!
That was so informative and inspiring I can’t wait for your classes. I work long hours but you nailed it I can make room for Herbal tea by taking a moment in the evening or morning to make it and drink it during the day. Thanks
Love You
Sherene
Thanks Sherene, enjoy your tea!!
