Join me in my garden as I pick a few favorite herbs to make the perfect summer tea!
Lemon balm and rose petals are cooling and also have a calming effect. Passionflower calms the nerves and is the perfect tea for irritation that can come from too much heat.

Kami, when a recipe calls for fresh rose petals is that from any rose (that has been raised with out pesticides or sprays of any kind). Or there only certain types of roses that should be used?
Hi Donna, Yes you can use any rose petals and yes, make sure they aren’t the commercial roses or just make sure they are organic
