Are you looking for a remedy for an upset stomach or nervous stomach? This easy-to-make cumin, coriander, and fennel tea helps you digest and relax.
What is cumin coriander and fennel tea good for?
Cumin, coriander, and fennel tea (abbreviated as CCF tea) contains aromatic and carminative herbs. It’s a reliable antispasmodic and an excellent remedy for abdominal cramping that’s associated with poor digestion. CCF tea helps with nausea, belching, bloating, indigestion, intestinal spasms, and gas.
CCF tea can also help settle a nervous, upset stomach. If you’re one of those people whose stress goes straight to their belly, this can really calm and relax the stomach.
As a mild aperient, this tea can also help you to have a bowel movement. It’s not a strong cathartic or laxative. However, it can be a really good remedy for occasional constipation, such as constipation from nervousness or if you tend to constipate when you travel. You can support the GI tract to relax, and then support a gentle bowel movement.
Children usually enjoy this, too. It helps them with belly aches, sore tummies, and mild constipation.
When should I drink my CCF tea?
Drink this herbal remedy as soon as you feel like your stomach is not feeling well.
If you’ve eaten something that does not feel right, drink your cumin, coriander, and fennel tea as soon as you possibly can.
If you can’t go to sleep because your stomach hurts, or you wake up in the night and your stomach doesn’t feel well, don’t wait until the next morning. Get up and treat the upset in your stomach by drinking CCF tea.
