If you don’t teach them how to use herbal teas, they aren’t going to know how to prevent all of those colds

How is it going with your herbal tea drinking?

And how are the tea drinking efforts going for your loved ones around you? I drink a lot of herbal tea, but don’t really like being alone in this and the only one making tea all the time.

How do we get our house mates, family members and community on board the tea drinking train??

As you know, you can’t shove health down your family’s throat (do you ever try to do that, right it doesn’t work).

But there are some things you can do to transition them into it that are painless and not so in their face…

You can’t force their interest in health, but what you can do is learn to make yummy herbal teas that they love that over time win them over and eventually they start asking for the herbal teas and drinks themselves!

You don’t want to be one of those families that raise children that don’t know how to use natural remedies, so they grow up move out of the house and do what to take care of their health?

If you don’t teach them how to use herbal teas, they aren’t going to know how to prevent all of those colds and then what happens is they end up being at risk for all the pharmaceutical side effects.

If you have been following me for any length of time, you know how passionate I feel about empowering you with having the healing power of herbal drinks in your life.

Here is a roundup of some favorite herbal drinks that I hope you will give a try.

Tea drinking is really all about creating a rhythm or habit with it.

One thing you can do is, in the evening for 5 minutes before you go to bed, think of what tea you would like to drink the next day. Then get out the pot and supplies so they are ready to go first thing in the morning and that way you don’t have to think about what you are going to make.

This 5 minutes of evening planning, sets up a habit that can benefit you throughout your life. The healing, micronutrition and medicinal benefits of tea, you want it!
