Lavender is well known for its ability to help reduce stress and tension. Lavender is calming to the nerves and promotes a sense of relaxation and well-being. Use a lavender salve to massage your feet at the end of the day. Make a lavender bath or drink a cup of lavender tea to soothe and calm your nerves.
