Curried Onions

Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced yellow or white onions
  • ½ cup water
  • 3 tbsp ghee or more
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • ⅛ to ¼ cup curry blend

Instructions

  • Sautee onions in water until partially soft
  • Add garlic
  • Add ghee and home curry blend
  • Sautee for a few more minutes until onions and spices are well mixed together

Notes

Use: This is a cold prevention dish. Make it when you feel the first signs of a cold. Add to soup, broth, rice, or just eat ½ plain curried onions
