Curried Onions

Ingredients

cups
diced yellow or white onions
½
cup
water
3
tbsp
ghee
or more
1-2
cloves
garlic
⅛ to ¼
cup
curry blend
Instructions
Sautee onions in water until partially soft
Add garlic
Add ghee and home curry blend
Sautee for a few more minutes until onions and spices are well mixed together
Notes
Use: This is a cold prevention dish. Make it when you feel the first signs of a cold. Add to soup, broth, rice, or just eat ½ plain curried onions
