Cumin, Coriander, and Fennel Belly Well Tea

Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp fennel

Instructions

  • Bruise the cumin, coriander, and fennel together with a mortar and pestle.
  • Put spices and water in a pot with the lid on.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Turn off the heat.
  • Let sit for 1 hour to several hours with the lid on.
  • Strain spices from tea.
  • Re-heat and enjoy.
  • Drink ½ to 1 cup of warm tea first thing in the morning to activate digestion. The tea is good for 2 days.
