Bruise the cumin, coriander, and fennel together with a mortar and pestle.
Put spices and water in a pot with the lid on.
Bring to a boil.
Turn off the heat.
Let sit for 1 hour to several hours with the lid on.
Strain spices from tea.
Re-heat and enjoy.
Drink ½ to 1 cup of warm tea first thing in the morning to activate digestion. The tea is good for 2 days.
