Mix the tahini and honey together in a large bowl.
Add the almond flour, sesame seeds, and rose water and mix well.
Add the spirulina, chia seeds, rose petals, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, and vanilla and mix well.
Mix in 1 cup of shredded coconut. You want a thick paste that can be rolled into balls. If necessary, add more coconut.
Roll into small balls.
Roll the balls in cacao powder or sesame seeds.
Let sit out on the counter for 2 days to dry.
Store in a sealed container for up to 3 months.
