Yum Yum Salad Sprinkle

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp dried, finely chopped chives
  • 1 tsp dried, powdered dulse, wakame, or your favorite seaweed
  • 1 tsp dried, powdered thyme
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients in a bowl.
  • Mix together well.
  • Store in a jar in the cupboard or pantry or put into a spice jar and keep on the kitchen table.
  • Put a tablespoon or two on your next salad.
  • Shelf life is one year. You will probably realize that you need to double or triple this recipe. We easily go through a quart in a month.
