Rosemary Tea for Cold Prevention

Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tbsp dried rosemary

Instructions

  • Put the herbs and water into a pot with the lid on.
  • Bring the herbs and water to a boil.
  • Turn off the heat and let steep for several hours.
  • Strain the herbs from the tea.
  • Drink 2 cups of hot tea a day for 2 days at onset of a cold. The tea lasts for 2 days.
