Green Garden Soup

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp cashews, soaked overnight
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups fresh greens
  • 2 cups peeled, chopped cucumber
  • 1 cup green peas
  • 1 cup chopped zucchini
  • 1 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • Handful of fresh chopped basil
  • Handful of dandelion leaf (or more, depending on your taste preference)
  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tsp dulse flakes
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until creamy.
