Cooling Summer Herbal Tea
Herbal tea is a delicious cooling refreshment that can squelch the heat of a sweltering hot summer day. Let’s ditch the soda filled ice chest and bring on the herbal summer teas!

- 4 cups water
- 1 tbsp hibiscus
- 1 tsp peppermint
- 1 tsp lemongrass
- 2 tbsp honey
Put herbs and water into a large jar and put the lid on the jar.
Let container of herbs and water for several hours.
No need to heat it up, just let it sit out on the counter or in the sun for at least two hours.
Strain herbs out of tea.
Stir in honey to taste.
Garnish and enjoy.
