Author: Kami McBride

Ingredients

  • 1 or 2 cups of herbal tea (see suggested herbs below)

Instructions

  • Make tea as you normally would for drinking.
  • Strain the tea well to remove the herbs.
  • Pour some of the tea into a teacup for drinking, and put some of it onto a clean wash cloth for your compress.
  • Your compress can be used warm or cool, whatever feels good to you.
  • Sit down. Put the washcloth onto your forehead and then pull it down over your eyes. Leave it on for 3 to 5 minutes, feeling the aroma as you breathe.
