Make tea as you normally would for drinking.
Strain the tea well to remove the herbs.
Pour some of the tea into a teacup for drinking, and put some of it onto a clean wash cloth for your compress.
Your compress can be used warm or cool, whatever feels good to you.
Sit down. Put the washcloth onto your forehead and then pull it down over your eyes. Leave it on for 3 to 5 minutes, feeling the aroma as you breathe.
