Lemon Balm Cilantro Pesto

Ingredients
½
cup
of olive oil
2
cups
of lemon balm
or arugula if you don’t have lemon balm
2
cups
of cilantro
1
clove
of garlic
1
spring onion
1
tbsp
of lemon juice
¼
cup
of sunflower seeds
Salt to taste
Instructions
Put olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, green onion and sunflower seeds into food processor and blend well
Add herbs and salt, blend until you have a smooth paste
Store in the fridge for about 5 days
