Sesame Chive Sprinkle

A super simple and highly nutritious sprinkle you can add to so many savory dishes.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp of sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp of finely chopped dried chives
  • 1 tsp of small pieces or powdered seaweed (wakame, nori, hijiki, dulse or arame)
  • 1/4 tsp of ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Measure out the ingredients.
  • Mix the dried chives, black pepper and the finely minced seaweed of your choice into the sesame seeds.
  • Put some of the Sesame Chive Sprinkle into a little bowl with a spoon and keep it on your kitchen table.
  • Put the remainder of the sprinkle into a jar with a lid for storage. Keep it close by, because you will be filling the bowl on the table often!
  • Sprinkle onto salad, eggs, rice and veggie dishes.
