Sesame Chive Sprinkle
A super simple and highly nutritious sprinkle you can add to so many savory dishes.

- 2 tbsp of sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp of finely chopped dried chives
- 1 tsp of small pieces or powdered seaweed (wakame, nori, hijiki, dulse or arame)
- 1/4 tsp of ground black pepper
Measure out the ingredients.
Mix the dried chives, black pepper and the finely minced seaweed of your choice into the sesame seeds.
Put some of the Sesame Chive Sprinkle into a little bowl with a spoon and keep it on your kitchen table.
Put the remainder of the sprinkle into a jar with a lid for storage. Keep it close by, because you will be filling the bowl on the table often!
Sprinkle onto salad, eggs, rice and veggie dishes.
