Spiced Wine

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle red wine
  • 1 tsp juniper berries
  • 1 tsp whole fennel seeds
  • 1/4 tsp minced fresh ginger
  • 1 whole clove
  • Optional garnishes: orange slice, cinnamon stick, etc.

Instructions

  • In a large pot over low heat, combine all the ingredients.
  • Bring to a simmer, turn the heat to the lowest setting, and serve warm.
  • Garnish, if desired.
