On a chilly day, a cup of hot tea can keep your hands cozy and warm your whole body. Making your warming herbal teas with beneficial herbs and spices can stimulate your circulation, ward off colds and flu, and support digestion, which is an important part of immune health. Here are eight of my go-to tea recipes to stay healthy in fall and winter.
#1 Chai Honey Tea
Featuring spices like cinnamon, coriander, and cardamom, this chai honey recipe is a convenient way to have honey chai tea whenever you want. Not only do these warming spices increase circulation and boost brain health, but they improve digestion and flush out excess mucus.

#2 Cold and Flu Tea
When people around you start getting sick, it’s time to drink this tea! This warming herbal tea contains echinacea root, which will activate your immune system, and red root, which will tonify and support your lymph.
